About the Course
The session will discuss the fundamentals of company law, incorporating the Companies Act 2016. It is specifically geared to benefit Members admitted to the Malaysian Bar from 1 Jul 2011onwards and pupils in chambers who commenced their pupillage from 1 Jul 2016 onwards.
Instructions
In order to complete this module successfully, ensure that you watch, for each video, at least 75% of the video duration in a single session and achieve a minimum score of 100% on the quiz. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive 1 CPD point.
It's important to remember that you can pause the video and resume it later if needed. However, if you close the browser before reaching the passing point in the video, you'll be required to restart the video from the beginning.

About the Presenter

Mr.Gavin Jayapal
Gavin Jayapal graduated from the University of Leeds and is a Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple. He also holds a Masters in Law degree from the University of Malaya.
Gavin’s primary area of practice is civil and commercial litigation. He runs a boutique practice in Petaling Jaya and grapples with the complexities of company law in daily practice. Gavin regularly appears at the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court.
